• Violate our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits harassment, hate speech, and platform abuse.
• Scrape or systematically extract data from our Services without explicit API authorization.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all materials contained therein, including software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by NSVAIRX Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of our Services does not grant you ownership rights.

AI Outputs: You retain ownership of any prompts you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you can use the outputs generated by our AI models for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid services are billed on a subscription or consumption basis, as specified in your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. We reserve the right to change our prices, but we will notify you in advance of any increases.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access (except where covered by an Enterprise SLA). To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSVAIRX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the platform.
